This website is for browsing our menu and learning about Sspice Pizza. Ordering itself takes place through our ordering app, which you access via the Sign Up or Order Now options on this site. You must be able to enter into a valid purchase to place an order.

Your account

Your account is identified by your phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code. You're responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us immediately.

Orders and pricing

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Prices shown at the time you place your order are the prices that apply to that order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, item unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Delivery

Delivery is available within a limited radius of our Kalyan store. Exact deliverability and any applicable delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address you provide at checkout, within our ordering app. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Payments

We accept cash on delivery and online payments processed securely through Razorpay. By making an online payment, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms governing payment processing.
